Cowarne Hall Cottages

The cottages are situated a mile or so down quiet country lanes in beautiful rolling countryside - between Malvern and the Malvern Hills and Hereford and the Wye Valley, Herefordshire's two designated Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty, about a  15-20 minute scenic drive away.  The location is also convenient for Worcester, Ledbury, Bromyard and Leominster.

Other local attractions include Hampton Court Castle gardens, Eastnor Castle, the Elgar Birthplace Museum, vineyards, cider visitor centres, gardens, craft centres, open farms, etc. with the beautiful Herefordshire black and white village trail just too good to miss.  Hay-on-Wye and the lovely mountains of the Welsh borderlands plus Cheltenham and the Cotswolds are within easy day-trip distance (45 minutes).  The main trunk roads leading to all these key destinations are only a mile or two from the cottages, making it an ideal touring base.  There are also many other local activities including walking, cycling, golf, angling, horse-riding, shopping and theatre-going.  There is a designated In Elgar's foot steps walk from the cottages.

The Three Counties Showground at Malvern hosts many events  including  The Royal Horticultural Society's Spring Garden Show, the Three Counties Show (summer) and the Malvern Autumn Show.

Dining out is easy with many local tea rooms, inns and restuarants suiting all tastes and budgets.
