*  A double bedroom and a twin bedroom (2' 6" beds) upstairs - all with pretty linen provided.

*  Upstairs bathroom with both bath and shower.

*  A nearby utility room with a washing machine, a freezer and a drier.

*  Its  own pretty sun-trap courtyard with garden furniture overlooking the lovely garden, valley and hills beyond.

*  Car parking - a few metres away.
