This is the website of COWARNE HALL COTTAGES which are in rural Herefordshire, surounded by beautiful countryside and lovely views.  Our two self-catering cottages have been award four stars by The English Tourism Council and have everything for your convenience.   They are ideal for couples and small families requiring a comfortable cottage in a quiet rural location.  Both have  lovely south-facing views of hills, meadows and woodlands with their own private patio and share half an acre garden. Each cottage has the following advantages:

These historic stone cottages are mentioned in the authoritative "Buildings of England"  by N. Pevsner and there is an illustrated history for guests to read.  There is also a history book of the village:  A Jugful of Much Cowarne Cider available.

If you contact www.tesco.com and make an order of groceries,  in advance of your holiday, we will receive them on the morning of your arrival and put them in your cottage kitchen and fridge.  This could save you the hassle of shopping at the beginning of your holiday.  Be sure you let us know if you decide to make a Tesco order!
